Position: Specialist Tandoori/Grill Chef De Partie Employer: Premium Indian Dining Restaurant Location: Enfield, London Gross salary package: Circa £40,000 (incl. share of tronc/serv.chge+target led bonus) Weekly working hours/days: up to48 hours / 5 days (tbc) Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives, employers workplace pension,employee care and wellbeing support + more Your role involves skillful preparation of complex Tandoori/Grill dishes and specialities specific to the regional theme of the establishent and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role,including training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff, and assist in the company's impending apprenticeship scheme.
