Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Prepare, cook, and present a range of Indian curries, from mild to spicy.
Ensure proper use of Indian spices and cooking methods to maintain authenticity.
Monitor food preparation processes and ensure consistency in flavors.
Assist in menu development and introduce new curry dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety regulations.
