GRAHAM is seeking a skilled M&E Coordinator to join our Civil Engineering division, supporting high-profile projects throughout the Midlands and beyond. Some of the key responsibilities of the M&E Coordinator: • Early identification of potential project risks and taking appropriate mitigation action in accordance with contract requirements., • Liaising with clients and their consultants/representatives as part of the project management structure., • Implementation and compliance with client site safety rules., • Providing M&E technical input and advice as required for live projects and tenders., • Coordinating any temporary M&E services required., • Providing M&E construction methodology input and incorporating in the programme where required., • Managing the Quality of all aspects of the M&E works, checking contractor Quality plans and assisting with the development of Inspection & Testing Plans, • Managing the flow of information from the M&E design team and subcontractors and advising the project team of any impact on progress and programme., • Providing necessary information to the Procurement Department to enable the procurement of materials and subcontractors., • Preparation and submission of handover documents including, when necessary, appointing independent commissioning managers and overseeing the development of commissioning records., • Introducing improvements and innovations, where appropriate., • Experience of working on Civil Engineering Highways & Utility construction projects and/or experience of Industrial construction projects., • Having an understanding of the construction process, such that designs are developed with appropriate regard for buildability., • Possessing a sound technical understanding of M&E industrial and major utility applications., • Effective Communication skills., • Customer Focused and Team Player., • Experience of planning and coordinating M&E subcontractors in civil engineering contracts., • Good awareness and application of commercial forms of contract. Job Title: Training Developer / Training Coordinator Location: Cumbria Contract Duration: 1st May 2026 – 30th April 2027 Rate: £25.49 per hour Overview We are seeking an experienced Training Developer / Training Coordinator to support training development activities across multiple business areas within a centralised training function. The role involves delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose training solutions aligned to organisational and project requirements. Key Responsibilities * Analyse, design, develop, and implement training materials using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) methodology * Deliver training outputs in line with internal procedures and agreed training schedules * Support programme and project requirements, ensuring deliverables are met within defined timelines * Conduct training pilots and refine materials based on feedback * Deliver training courses when required * Carry out post-training evaluations and respond to stakeholder feedback * Participate in audits, evaluations, and training reviews * Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), providing handovers and coaching on developed materials * Share knowledge and best practices with team members, particularly around SAT methodology * Attend and actively contribute to peer reviews, meetings, and training events * Maintain compliance with required technical and behavioural standards Additional Information * Work assignments may change based on project priorities; equivalent tasks will be allocated where necessary * Schedule adjustments may occur in line with business needs * Candidates will be expected to attend relevant internal training and role-specific events Requirements * Proven experience in training development, coordination, or instructional design * Strong understanding and practical application of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) * Experience working in regulated or technical environments (e.g., engineering, infrastructure, defence) is desirable * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements JBRP1_UKTJ
