In this role as a Facilities Systems Coordinator based at our Newport, South Wales site, you will support the efficient operation of the Global Workplace Services (GWS) department within the EU/UK region, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality facilities solutions and process improvements. Your responsibilities will include: CAFM System: Implement and support roll out of GWS Online / Novolo platform liaising with global process owners to support managing space, building operations, work requests, reservations, and wayfinding within EU/UK region. Operational excellence, governance, and process improvement. Integration with other GWS systems for a unified workflow. Space management Creation building service / maintenance schedules and associated asset tagging Facilities work requests Wayfinding Ensure accurate and timely data entry, system integrity, and user support platform. KPI & Metrics Creation: Develop KPIs and focus efforts on improving GWS EU/UK operational performance. Document and dashboard process improvement and compliance. Regularly report on KPIs to management, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. 6s Develop and grow the 6S program within EU/UK, to ensure prompt resolution and high service standards. Integrated Facilities Management (IFM): Working with global process owner to support roll out of IFM model in EU/UK locations. Contractor Management: Support the management of external contractors and service providers Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Document Management: Maintain and develop the DMS ensuring documentation is current and accessible. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements across facilities operations. For this role we are looking for someone who: Qualifications / experience Has proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering organisation. Familiarity with asset management systems and facilities software (e.g., Novolo, Lenel). Has knowledge of electrical and mechanical services. Proven experience managing external contractors and service providers. Understanding of safety, environmental, and operational best practices (excluding direct Health & Safety responsibilities).
