Job Description: About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, fast-paced logistics and supply chain business seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a dynamic, organised, and client-focused professional who thrives in a busy operational environment. You will act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring day-to-day requirements are managed efficiently while delivering high-quality service and added value. You will work closely with multiple internal departments — from warehouse teams through to operational leadership — ensuring smooth communication, accurate reporting, and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, • Manage client requirements and projects from brief through to completion, • Build and maintain strong external and internal relationships, • Liaise with operational teams regarding orders, stock queries, and service delivery, • Respond to client queries in line with agreed SLA’s, • Prepare quotations and monthly client invoicing, • Produce accurate reporting and maintain internal systems and documentation, • Provide support and cover across the wider team when required, • Ensure professional communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, • Promote and maintain safe working practices What We’re Looking For • Proven experience within a Client Services / Customer Service Management role, • Background in a fast-paced industry such as logistics, transport, fleet, warehousing, haulage, or manufacturing preferred, • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, • Strong attention to detail, particularly around reporting and invoicing, • Confident Excel user (intermediate to advanced level essential), • Professional, proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability, • Comfortable collaborating across teams at all operational levels, • Willingness to travel to client meetings when required Benefits • On-site parking, • Free Parking Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm Experience: • Client Service : 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
