HR Business Partner Fixed Term Contact – 1st October 2025 – January 2027 Location: Wolverhampton – Hybrid with some National travel Full-Time – 40 hrs Salary £45,000 - £47,000 plus bonus Are you looking to take the next step in your HR career with a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact? Elevation HR are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Business Partner for a 14 Month FTC. Supporting a fast-paced operational environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to be a key part of a business that values people, processes, and performance. What You'll Be Doing: You'll be the go-to person for all people-related matters, working closely with line managers and colleagues across the business. From employee relations and onboarding to training delivery and policy development, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting core HR functions, including employee communications, training, and administration, • Administering onboarding processes – from offer letters to right-to-work checks, • Coordinating induction and internal training for compliance and development, • Managing reporting, data analytics, and trends using tools like Makodata and LearnXD, • Assisting in policy development and training delivery for line managers, • Liaising with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate processing, • Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For: • Previous experience in a Senior HR advisor and above, • Part or full CIPD qualification, • Confidence using HR systems and reporting tools, • Knowledge of employment law and GDPR legislation, • Strong people skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work, • Ability to travel to other sites when needed If this sounds of interest then do get in contact
