📍 Location: London (Oxford Street) - On-site 🕒 Flexible Shifts: Monday–Friday, must be comfortable with early/late shifts 💷 Salary: £28,000 +Discretionary Bonus Scheme (£1,200 avg expected monthly) About the Role: We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team at Speak Up London, one of the UK’s leading English language schools. This is a consultative sales role where you'll work with a steady stream of pre-qualified leads from around the world. It's the perfect role for someone who's not afraid to pick up the phone, build trust quickly and confidently convert opportunities into enrolments - whether that's over the phone, WhatsApp, email or face-to-face. You'll take the time to understand each student's goals, recommend the right course and study package, and guide them confidently from enquiry through to enrolment. Success in this role comes from delivering an exceptional customer experience while confidently working towards sales targets. You'll combine a genuine passion for helping people with the commercial drive to convert opportunities into enrolments, ensuring every prospective student feels supported, informed and excited to study with Speak Up London. Proficiency in Turkish or Portuguese is essential Key Responsibilities: Consult, Advise & Convert Prospective Students • Hold one-to-one consultations with pre-qualified leads, identifying their goals and recommending the most suitable English language programme and study package., • Create tailored quotations, build value around Speak Up London's offering, and confidently guide prospective students from enquiry through to enrolment. Provide Amazing Customer Service • Offer personalised advice about our courses, pricing, and study options - ensuring every student feels supported, heard, and confident in their choice. Meet & Exceed Sales Goals • Work toward weekly and monthly KPIs for enrolments, response time, lead follow-up, and conversion - with full training provided. Pipeline & CRM Management • Track all leads and activity in Hubspot CRM - update call notes, follow-up tasks, and enrolment status clearly and consistently. Support Walk-In Visitors • Support our Front-of-House team in welcoming walk-ins and trial students. Give tours when needed and answer questions with confidence and clarity. Keep Records Up to Date • Maintain clean, accurate reports to help with internal visibility and keep your own workflow organised.
