This is a pure revenue-generating role with: • Full autonomy over outreach and deal strategy, • No micromanagement or fixed working structure, • A clearly defined, high-reward commission model, • Independent contractor engagement (Outside IR35) Key Responsibilities: • Business development and sales, • Identify and engage UK-based organisations, • Generate and qualify high-value opportunities, • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure, • Execute outreach through email, calls, LinkedIn, and events, • Opportunity qualification, • Ensure deal alignment with approved service scope, • Coordinate with delivery teams before proposal submission, • Maintain CRM ownership, • Support proposal development, • Align scope, expectations, and timelines, • Confirm advance payment before project commencement, • Ensure compliance requirements are met, • Follow UK GDPR, PECR, and global outreach regulations, • No unauthorised commitments, pricing, or service promises Services You Will Sell: • AI Feasibility & Workflow Audits, • AI Implementations (production-grade solutions), • Workflow Automation (n8n, APIs, integrations), • AI Agent Deployment & Systems, • High-value AI consulting services Commission Structure: • Commission paid on net revenue received, • 8%–12% commission on net revenue for closed deals, • Up to 25% commission on selected accelerator opportunities, • Additional tiered incentives based on performance, • No earnings cap, • High performers closing 1–2 deals per month can generate significant recurring commission income Key Terms: • Uncapped earnings, • No ceiling on income potential, • Paid only on actual revenue received (net revenue basis), • Ideal Candidate, • Strong B2B sales or deal-closing experience within the UK market, • Background in AI, SaaS, automation, consulting, or technology services, • Comfortable working in a commission-only environment, • Self-driven and commercially focused, • Strong understanding of professional sales practices, • Able to operate independently, • Outside IR35 (Critical), • Independent contractor engagement, • No employment relationship, • Fully remote and flexible working arrangement, • No salary, pension, holiday pay, or employee benefits, • Non-exclusive agreement (may work with other organisations) Why This Role Stands Out: • High commission potential (up to 25%), • Opportunity to sell high-ticket AI solutions, • Work with a UK-registered AI company operating globally, • Complete autonomy and flexible working structure, • Direct impact on company growth How to Apply: Easy Apply or e-mail us on hr@salyant.co.uk Please submit: CV / LinkedIn profile Summary of UK sales experience Track record of closed deals (preferred)
