You will have full accountability for the planning & streetworks aspects of all works before they commence on site. As a Gas Construction Manager, you will manage the safe and efficient replacement of Gas mains within NW CMO delivery of works programmes for your business unit. What You’ll Do • Lead, coach, and develop a team of circa 7-8 BDRs to drive outbound pipeline creation across DACH., • Deliver hands‑on call coaching, live feedback, and structured role‑play sessions to increase outreach quality and conversion rates., • Build scalable outbound prospecting programmes across phone, email, and social., • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align pipeline expectations and improve qualification metrics., • Partner with Marketing to improve lead flow, ICP targeting, and demand generation impact., • Ensure effective use of Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools (Salesloft/Outreach, Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha)., • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide visibility into team activity and pipeline health. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Must‑Haves • Fluent German and English (written & spoken)., • 2+ years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams, ideally in SaaS or technology., • Strong outbound leadership: cold calling, enterprise prospecting, qualification methodologies and structured coaching., • A strategic thinker who aligns BDR efforts with broader commercial goals., • Proficiency with Salesforce and other leading sales engagement tools., • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities Nice‑to‑Haves • Experience building or scaling outbound programmes., • Experience leading remote or international teams., • Background in account‑based or enterprise sales development.
