Pay range and compensation package • £27,000.00 per annum, • 37.5 hours per week, • 25 days annual leave + 1 life event day per annum (pro-rated if part-time), • Salary Exchange Pension Scheme, • Company Life Assurance Scheme, • Company Sick Pay, • Enhanced Parental Leave Pay, • Cycle to Work Scheme, • Discounts & Cashback at retailors About the Role This role will be responsible for all day to day customer order processing, purchasing and aftercare service requests in line with Company processes and customer expectations. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Process clean orders onto SageX3 accurately, returning any unclean orders to the relevant Account Manager., • Place Purchase Orders (PO) according to confirmed customer orders., • Ensure all supplier order acknowledgments are checked thoroughly and update the system to reflect any changes., • Monitor progress of all POs raised until goods are received as acknowledged and ensure all relevant information is updated within Sage X3., • In case of identified delays via supply chain, take a proactive approach and raise this with the relevant Account Manager and logistics team, working in conjunction to resolve any issues., • Update HubSpot with order status and supporting documentation., • Work closely with Logistics and communicate with the customer., • Raise aftercare requests on Sage X3 and ensure that customers are kept up to date on the progress from start to finish., • Develop strong relationships with supply chain partners., • Evaluate supplier performance and report to management on a regular basis., • Keep in-house and supply chain product knowledge up to date.
