Role Overview This pivotal role is responsible for delivering our sales strategy in the UK. Working closely with the Head of Sales, and reporting in to the Head of Network Development, you will define our strategy, determine the objectives that underpin it, the KPIs that measure its success, and be responsible for the communication of the progress, both to our network and internal management. You will also be responsible for the Sales Training function, with three direct reports. This role is about capturing the people, places and services behind our brands, and turning that into video and photography that not only looks good, but actively supports engagement, reputation and commercial activity across the group. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys being out on site, working with real people in real environments, and creating content that is used across marketing campaigns, communications and digital channels.
