Customer Service: • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements. • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items, beverages, and other restaurant services. • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly. 2. Order Management: • Ensure that all orders are prepared and served according to the restaurant’s standards and within a reasonable time frame. • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring the correct dishes are delivered to each customer. • Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and beverages. 3. Compliance and Safety: • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards. • Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to uniform, grooming, and punctuality. • Attend regular training sessions on service standards, food handling, and emergency procedures. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. • Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays of food and beverages for extended periods. • Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds. • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
