Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that service is efficiently provided to all gaming pegs in your section. You will be a critical piece of the front of house team, always looking for opportunities to enhance the guest experience, giving hints, tips and recommendations, driving peoples competitive spirit and helping them engage with the game. As a Shoot Captain, you should be able to develop a rapport with the guest throughout their entire experience.
