Warehouse operations, resource and customer service within the branch, including line management responsibility for the General Assistant team. Ensuring all areas of the warehouse always conform to Health and Safety legislation. Leading a warehouse operations team with a customer first attitude.

Carrying out stock counts and keeping inventory up to date (using Shopify and warehouse software). Ideally have experience as a warehouse worker, comfortable lifting up to 20kg, computer literate, able to answer occasional customer queries and good organisational and time management skills.
