Job Summary: As a Baker at Rozies, you will be responsible for preparing and baking celebration cakes as well as a variety of sweet bakes. You will ensure that all products are made to the highest quality standards and served in a timely manner. Your creativity and passion for baking and exquisite decoration. Key Responsibilities: ● Cake Creation: Take the lead in crafting exquisite celebration cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Take special orders and ensure every request is handled with care and a smile. ● Team Collaboration: Work closely with our amazing team to ensure smooth operations and timely production. The Breakfast and Events Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the hotel's breakfast service and coordinating events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role involves supervising the breakfast team, managing event operations, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day food & beverage operations. Key Responsibilities: Breakfast Service Supervision: · Oversee and coordinate the daily breakfast service, ensuring efficiency and high service standards. · Ensure buffet stations are well-stocked, visually appealing, and meet hygiene and safety regulations. · Train and lead the breakfast team, ensuring guests receive attentive and friendly service. · Address and resolve any guest concerns or special requests during breakfast service. · Monitor food quality and liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely replenishments. · Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, complying with health and safety regulations. Team Leadership & Training: · Train and mentor breakfast and event service staff, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service. · Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for breakfast service and events. · Motivate and support the team to maintain high morale and productivity. · Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements where needed. Event Coordination & Execution: · Plan, organize, and oversee hotel events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and private functions. · Work closely with the kitchen, service, and sales teams to ensure seamless event execution. · Set up event spaces according to client requirements, including seating arrangements, table settings, and décor. · Supervise event service staff, ensuring professionalism and efficiency during events.

Key Responsibilities • Source and purchase fresh flowers, foliage, and floral accessories such as ribbons, wires, artificial flowers, and decorative items from wholesalers or local growers. • Design and create floral arrangements, including bouquets, wreaths, corsages, buttonholes, and centerpieces, ensuring they complement the event’s theme and customer preferences. • Maintain and display fresh flowers, plants, and pre-made arrangements to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the venue. • Consult with clients to understand their floral design needs and provide professional advice on suitable arrangements for weddings, receptions, and other events. • Decorate event halls, churches, and other venues with flowers and foliage for weddings, parties, and special occasions, ensuring an elegant and visually appealing ambiance. • Coordinate flower deliveries and ensure timely setup for events according to customer specifications.
