Eat the D*mn Cake is a new venture being setup offering unique cupcakes and coffee. We’re at a prime location, not too far away from Liverpool St and Aldgate East station. We are looking for an experienced pastry chef who can handle the production of cupcakes and pastries. The skills and knowledge that we require are: - Entry level pastry skills preferably 1 year - Good spoken english to engage with the rest of the team - Handling inventories, placing orders and coming up with recipes - Understanding of health and safety standards We will require the chef to start immediately.
