Office & Marketing Manager | Liverpool | £30,000 DOE Looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? The Role: As Office & Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Liverpool studio while also contributing to wider marketing and business development activity. Working closely with senior leadership, this is a broad role spanning office management, executive support, marketing coordination and internal operations. It is ideal for someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities within a creative, fast-moving environment. What You'll Do: • Support the day-to-day operations of the Liverpool studio and wider business, • Coordinate office facilities, suppliers and internal systems, • Provide executive support to senior leadership including diary and meeting management, • Assist with project administration and internal team coordination, • Support bid submissions, presentations, award entries and marketing materials, • Manage website updates, social media activity and wider communications, • Help coordinate staff events, PR activity and business development initiatives About You: • 1-2 years' experience within office management, business support or a similar role, • Strong organisational and communication skills, • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent attention to detail and written communication, • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems, • Experience with InDesign, WordPress or social media management would be beneficial, • Proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach The Package: • £30,000 depending on experience, • Opportunity to join an award-winning AJ100 practice, • Exposure to high-profile projects across the UK, • Collaborative and supportive team culture, • Career development opportunities, • Medicash healthcare scheme, • Company pension and cycle-to-work scheme, • Regular socials and team events If you are looking for a varied role within a creative and growing business where you can make a genuine impact, we should talk.
