No two days are the same - you'll balance coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving to keep everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing a portfolio of residential properties end-to-end, • Handling maintenance requests and coordinating repairs, • Negotiating with contractors to achieve the best outcomes, • Conducting property visits and preparing detailed reports, • Managing tenancy changes, legal notices, and compliance, • Overseeing move-outs and deposit returns, • Coordinating utilities, keys, and essential documentation, • At least 2 years' experience in property management or a similar role, • Strong organisation and multitasking skills, • Confidence in communication and negotiation, • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Solid IT skills, • Experience with property systems such as FixFlo or Inventory Base, • Knowledge of the local area This isn't just another property role - it's a chance to build a long-term career in a business that values balance, development, and team culture.
