What we need from you as a Retail Stock Taker: · Team player, enthusiastic and energetic. · Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night. The Chef de Partie is responsible for food preparation, maintaining consistent standards working under the Head Chef. You will assist the HC and support other team members with the successful running of the kitchen ensuring all recipes are followed according to the specification sheets, along with food practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
