KEY COMPETENCIES Proven management experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on operations, team engagement, and development. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide a diverse team. Solid understanding of hotel operations, financial acumen, and guest services.
