The ideal candidate will oversee office operations, ensure a professional working environment, maintain bilingual documentation, and provide executive-level administrative support. 主要职责 / Key Responsibilities 行政与办公室管理 / Office & Administrative Management • 建立并执行办公室日常行政制度及5S管理标准(整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养);, • 确保办公环境整洁、文件分类明确、物品摆放有序、资料可追溯;, • 管理办公用品、费用报销、供应商对接与合同归档;, • 维护公司档案、合同及双语文件体系,确保符合合规与保密要求;, • 协助公司各部门进行会议组织、记录及行动项跟进;, • 负责与总部(大陆/香港/日本/美国)之间的文件传递与沟通协调。, • Implement and maintain the 5S management system (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) in the workplace;, • Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and efficient;, • Manage office supplies, invoices, reimbursements, and vendor relationships;, • Maintain bilingual documentation and filing systems ensuring compliance and confidentiality;, • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points;, • Liaise with the head office in China/Hong Kong/Japan/US for administrative coordination. 高管助理支持 / Executive & Personal Support • 协助管理层安排日程、会议、出差及访客接待;, • 处理中英文信函、报告及演示文稿;, • 协助董事或总经理处理生活相关事务(住宿、出行、餐饮、医疗预约等);, • 保持高水平的职业形象与保密意识。, • Manage schedules, travel plans, and appointments for senior management;, • Draft and translate correspondence, reports, and presentations in both English and Chinese;, • Provide personal assistance including accommodation, dining, and medical arrangements;, • Maintain professional image and strict confidentiality. 任职要求 / Requirements • 精通中英文(听、说、读、写)——能独立处理中英文文件与沟通;, • 本科及以上学历,行政管理、企业管理、语言类专业优先;, • 熟悉5S管理理念并有实际执行经验;, • 三年以上行政或办公室管理经验,有中英双语环境经验者优先;, • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office / Google Workspace;, • 良好的沟通协调能力、时间管理能力和保密意识;, • 认真细致、有条理,能在多任务环境下保持高效。, • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken);, • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration or related fields;, • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with 5S management principles;, • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration or office management, ideally in bilingual or international settings;, • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace;, • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills;, • Reliable, detail-oriented, and discreet.
