Job spec Job Type: 3-month Internship program with the potential of a full-time placement + training contact for successful candidates. Initially you will be focusing on the property sector, helping people purchase or sell their homes while building relationships with key property investors, development companies and housing associations. Your time will be split between a telesales based role that will give hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with many incentives on offer and also conducting legal administrative tasks. You will be working as part of a driven sales team who are looking to make a real difference in the property market and shadowing a solicitor to assist them with daily tasks. The role will involve having conversations with people that are ready to use a solicitor for their property transactions while assisting one of our solicitors with daily tasks. There will be no cold calling involved as every single potential client has expressed an interest to use our legal service and you will be responsible for pushing them over the line. The right person for this role will maintain a professional attitude at all times and full ongoing training will be provided. About you - Experience working in sales and understanding the conveyancing process is desirable, but not essential - Has a passion for law and looking to grow within the legal sector - Answering inbound enquiries and managing outbound new business - Confident, dynamic and an outside-of-the-box thinker - A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and a true hunger for personal development. - Excellent English communication skills - Ability to work as part of a driven team Progression opportunities There will be plenty of opportunities to grow within your role and beyond. We are looking for the right person to offer them a training contract or progress into management within a few years as the firm undergo a number of positive changes and key partnership additions. Roles and Responsibilities Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking to expand our B2C TeleSales Team, engaging with consumers directly, to satisfy their home buying needs. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who is looking to join an Industry disruptor and revolutionise the property portal space. You’ll be joining the Sales team as a Telephone Sales Executive to focus on extending the range of services offered across the OneDome group of companies (Covering mortgages, conveyancing, protection policies and financial planning) securing appointments for our specialist brokers. Person Specification You have proven success of hitting your daily call targets and booked appointment / sales KPI's, Minimum of 3 years' telesales experience, Ability to demonstrate strong telephone sales skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, listen and alter your sales pitch to achieve the desired outcome. Ability to cope with challenges, objections and develop strategies to overcome and close the sales. Self-driven with a competitive edge and the ability to adapt to change within a fast-paced environment. Experience working within the residential property / financial services sector is advantageous but not essential.
