Key Responsibilities: Edit and assemble raw footage into final video products — including corporate videos, promotional content, event coverage, and cinematic productions — ensuring high-quality output aligned with company standards. Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to refine video content, apply post-production effects, sound editing, colour grading, and ensure final deliverables meet both artistic vision and client requirements. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of editing tasks; maintain clear communication with production and project management teams regarding progress, revisions, and deadlines. Review and organise media assets; maintain a well-structured editing workflow and archive system to support efficient reuse of content and long-term asset management. Provide creative input and suggestions during post-production, contributing to storytelling, pacing, and overall video quality; stay up to date with editing tools, post-production trends, and industry best practices.     M&P Online is taking over the e-commerce and warehousing operations of a long-established Swansea brand. Our ambition is to become one of the leading names in our marketplace, and one of the best employers in Swansea. We are building a skilled, supportive warehouse team, led by an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch., • Maintain a positive, well-supported team environment with a strong focus on wellbeing., • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe, ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures., • Take responsibility for accurate stock control and stock movement processes., • Work closely with senior management to shape a high-performance culture and a workplace people enjoy being part of., • Optimise operations through our new NetSuite ERP and shipping systems, helping us build best-in-class efficiency and accuracy., • Liaise with courier partners to ensure timely, reliable delivery performance., • Collaborate with e-commerce and technology teams to provide customers with a smooth, dependable order experience. Skills & Experience • It would be useful, but not essential to have previous experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
