We're looking for a Construction Project Manager who will lead the full lifecycle of construction and refurbishment projects, delivering high‑quality outcomes for our government clients. Role Responsibilities: • Lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring each phase is executed to the highest professional standards., • Oversee strict compliance with CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, and health and safety legislation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks., • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, establishing clear communication to maintain quality and ensure timely project delivery., • Facilitate regular progress meetings and workshops, resolving issues swiftly and driving collaborative working., • Oversee project programmes, budgets, documentation, change control and risk registers to ensure alignment with objectives and client expectations. Required Qualifications: • Experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects., • Knowledge of NEC contracts and understanding of CDM Regulations., • SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH (or working towards)., • Construction‑related qualification desirable., • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with the ability to achieve SC level security clearance.
