Based in our Swansea office, this is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to support the Residential Conveyancing team on a permanent basis. What will you be doing? • Supporting solicitors with the day-to-day management of residential conveyancing matters, • Preparing letters, documents, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail, • Managing and updating the case management system and online portals, • Liaising with clients, assisting with onboarding, and handling new enquiries, • Prioritising workloads and contributing to team targets, • Ensuring a high standard of client care and compliance throughout every case Who We’re Looking For • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary is a plus, but strong admin experience in a corporate environment is just as beneficial., • Strong IT skills, confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems, • Excellent organisation and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail, • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines, • Proactive, motivated, and client-focused approach, • Team player with a positive, professional attitude, • Driving licence not essential, but flexibility to travel to other offices when needed Who You Are You take pride in supporting solicitors, keeping clients informed, and making sure every matter runs smoothly from start to finish. • Dependable: You take ownership and deliver with consistency, • Detail-Focused: You notice what others might miss, • Client-Centred: You go the extra mile to ensure great service, • Collaborative: You work well with colleagues and contribute to team success, • Adaptable: You stay calm and focused when priorities shift What’s in it for you?
