Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. She lives at home with her husband and enjoys spending time with family, shopping and accessing the community. We are seeking a warm, patient and reliable Support Worker who can build a positive, trusting relationship with the client, provide gentle prompting and reassurance, and support her to maintain independence, routine and meaningful community engagement. A full induction and training will be provided.
