Registered Manager Residential Children’s Home (EBD) Location: CV7 (well linked to the M6) Service: 4-bed home (2 YP in placement; plan to 3–4) Salary: up to £60,000 Ofsted: Good (registered 3 years) Take the reins of a settled, Good-rated home and build on what already works. You’ll have real autonomy, visible support from a highly experienced RI, a full team in place and the headroom to grow placements safely. This isn’t a turnaround; it’s about steady excellence, inspection-readiness every day, and a culture that holds.
