Contract (inside IR35) | Part-time (3 days per week) | Hybrid – Coventry Rate: Negotiable We’re working with a large UK organisation to source an Autoline Support Analyst to support a critical business system during a period of transition. This is a part-time contract role (Tuesday–Thursday), starting ASAP, initially offered as a 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of ongoing extensions on a rolling 6-month basis. Job Description: You’ll provide hands-on support for the Autoline Dealer Management System, working closely with business users and IT stakeholders to ensure continuity, stability and effective knowledge transfer. Key responsibilities include: • Day-to-day support of the Autoline DMS, • User access management (new starters, amendments, leavers), • Second-line support and issue resolution, • Data maintenance and system administration, • Liaison with third-party suppliers where required, • Supporting knowledge capture and handover activity What we’re looking for • Proven, hands-on experience supporting Autoline, • Background in application support / system support / IT operations, • Comfortable working independently and owning issues end-to-end, • Able to attend the Coventry office once per week, • Available to start immediately or at short notice Contract details • 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday), • Hybrid working – remote with weekly on-site presence in Coventry, • Initial 6-month contract, with likely long-term extensions This role would suit an experienced Autoline support professional looking for a stable, part-time contract with long-term potential.
