We are looking for a Media & Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimise Shooni’s Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This role is focused on driving high-quality website traffic, increasing online sales, and strengthening brand awareness through performance-led advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running ads for a fashion or e-commerce brand and understands how to combine creative, data, and trend awareness to deliver results. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) Drive measurable growth in website traffic, conversions, and revenue Develop full-funnel strategies covering awareness, consideration, and conversion Analyse performance data and adjust budgets, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies accordingly Implement retargeting and prospecting campaigns Collaborate with the creative team to brief and test ad creatives, copy, and formats Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key performance metrics Stay up to date with platform changes, fashion e-commerce trends, and paid media best practices Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights Required Skills & Experience Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts Previous experience working with a fashion, clothing, or e-commerce brand (strongly preferred) Strong understanding of paid social and paid search performance marketing Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4) Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actions Creative mindset with an understanding of visual branding and fashion marketing Strong organisational and time-management skills

In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the venue and also be responsible for taking and serving food and drink orders. This position plays a key role in delivering a welcoming atmosphere and a seamless dining experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables. Take customer orders accurately and promptly. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Assist with menu questions and make recommendations as needed. Monitor tables and attend to guest needs throughout their visit. Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor, dining area, and service stations. Support with table resetting and general upkeep between guest seatings. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests or complaints. Uphold all safety and health regulations during service. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth front-of-house operation. Qualifications: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent multitasking and time management abilities. A positive attitude and team-focused mindset. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol, if applicable. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is a plus. Working Hours: Flexible shifts. Primarily weekends and peak service hours.     Join Nal’s Bakery 💫 Nal’s Bakery is a small but very busy micro-bakery in North London, known for our cakes, brownies, cookies and seasonal treats for markets, festivals and corporate events. We’re in that exciting stage where things are growing fast – new events, new wholesale clients. We’re looking for a creative pastry chef / cake baker & decorator to grow with us. The role We’re offering a paid 4-hour trial shift on Tuesday 9 December 2025 in North London. If we’re a good fit for each other, you’ll join us on a regular zero-hours / casual basis, with guaranteed work every month for events, production days and larger orders. As the bakery grows, there is real potential to develop into a more senior/lead role – helping shape menus, train others and be part of our core team when we move into a permanent kitchen.
