Essential Duties • YOU MUST BE COACHABLE AND WILLING to utilizing our sales process to become successful., • Make outbound sales calls to customers while offering great products and customer service (making at least 50 calls per day)., • Sell consultatively, detailing products, determine customer needs and requirements, and make recommendations to both prospects and customers of the various solutions., • Work in conjunction with sales management team providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., • Ability to comfortably and professionally read out loud, • Results oriented, driven self-starter, • Customer service experience is a plus., • Previous sales experience is a plus, • Knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products desired, • TOP REPS ARE ON TRACK TO EARN $250K PLUS PER YEAR!!!, • Earnings estimate is based on base pay ($17/hr. including + commission closing multiple deals per week), • Higher deals closed means more money earned!!, • Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 + per year, • 401(k) with company matching, • Dental Insurance, • Health Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • On-the-job paid training, • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, • The ability to build productive business professional relationships., • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales., • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills., • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills., • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs., • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
