About the job Event Coordinator. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing in-person events, client meetings, and brand experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Event Coordination: Manage conference room bookings, company calendars, and event needs. Event Setup and Support: Set up, staff, and break down various events of all sizes. Event Evaluation: Participate in retroactive reviews to measure the impact and resonance of completed events.
