Position Summary As the Operations Controller, you will manage all accounting activity for the assigned location and support the Regional Director of Finance with financial operations across the region. This position will oversee $15M in managed volume and requires strong financial acumen, accuracy, and the ability to partner closely with operations leaders. Key Responsibilities • Reconcile and analyze multiple balance sheet accounts, • Prepare and analyze financial results for internal and external reporting, • Track and maintain monthly P&L and balance sheet activity, • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models; identify risks and opportunities, • Review general ledger and balance sheet for accuracy and consistency, • Resolve accounting and reconciliation discrepancies, • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; support audit activities, • Maintain inventory and cost control systems, • Administer Payroll and Human Resources processes, • Manage financial activities tied to approximately $15M in annual managed volume, • Support additional duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue control and financial reporting, • Strong QuickBooks expertise required, • Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or retail industry strongly preferred, • Ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and KPI reports, • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborative relationships, • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills, • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment, • Medical, • Dental, • Vision, • Life Insurance/ AD, • Disability Insurance, • Retirement Plan, • Paid Time Off, • Holiday Time Off (varies by site/state), • Associate Shopping Program, • Health and Wellness Programs, • Discount Marketplace, • Identity Theft Protection, • Pet Insurance, • Commuter Benefits, • Employee Assistance Program, • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), • Paid Parental Leave, • Personal Leave Apply to Restaurant Associates today!
