Summer 2026 - June through August 2026 6-week summer fellowship Hybrid format with at least one office day in Glendale each week Los Angeles, California The Legal Summer Fellowship at Shan Potts Law Offices is a professional development opportunity for students who are interested in law, immigration, public policy, business, community leadership, communication, and professional networking. Over the course of the summer, fellows will gain real world exposure to legal, professional, civic, business, and community environments while developing the communication skills, confidence, and professional presence needed to succeed in high level professional settings. This fellowship is designed for students who want more than a traditional internship. Fellows will have the opportunity to represent the firm at selected approved events across Los Angeles, engage with professionals in law, immigration, business, and community leadership, and receive guided training in professional communication, networking, etiquette, and career development. The fellowship is especially well suited for students interested in law, legal studies, immigration, public policy, business, communications, government, nonprofit work, or community engagement. The fellowship includes guided training in professional communication, legal professionalism, networking, business etiquette, client focused communication, and professional presence. Who Should Apply We welcome all students to apply. Priority will be given to law students and students with a background or demonstrated interest in law, legal studies, immigration, public policy, business, communications, public service, or community leadership. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
