    Customer Support Representative Location: West Hollywood, CA (In-Person) Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week Start Date: Immediate Compensation: $22/hour Company: Shmoozer About Shmoozer Shmoozer is an app that connects users with selected Shmoozers — fun, engaging people who are great to talk to through real-time audio and video conversations. Whether someone wants to vent, share ideas, get a fresh perspective, or simply enjoy a meaningful conversation, Shmoozer makes great conversations available on demand. We are a fast-growing startup based in West Hollywood, and we’re looking for a motivated and personable Customer Support Representative to join our team. About the Role As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the front line of communication between Shmoozer and our community of users and Shmoozers. You will help answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure that every interaction with our brand is positive and professional. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. The role offers exposure to customer support, operations, and marketing, with significant opportunities for growth and increased responsibility over time. Key Responsibilities • Respond to user and Shmoozer inquiries via email, phone calls, and chat., • Assist with account issues, billing questions, technical problems, and general support requests., • Escalate technical or operational issues to the appropriate team members., • Help onboard new Shmoozers and answer questions about the application and onboarding process., • Support Shmoozers with profile setup, scheduling, and platform guidelines., • Maintain a positive and helpful relationship with our community., • Track and document support requests and recurring issues., • Identify patterns and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience., • Assist with general operational tasks as needed. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented., • Highly organized and detail-oriented., • Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling multiple requests., • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems., • Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment., • Ability to work in person in West Hollywood.
