Purpose of the Job: The HR Generalist/Recruiter plays a pivotal role in supporting Made4net’s people strategy by delivering comprehensive human resources services while driving talent acquisition efforts. This dual-role position is designed to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while maintaining a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture. By balancing recruitment responsibilities with core HR functions, this role contributes to the growth and success of the organization through strategic hiring, employee support, and operational excellence. Additionally, this role will be expected to support various administrative activities and initiatives in the Teaneck, NJ office, as needed. Core Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment (50%) • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers., • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ideal candidate profile, develop and maintain job descriptions., • Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) to attract top talent. In addition, research and recommend new recruitment tools and resources that would benefit the organization., • Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS)., • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new hire experience in addition to facilitating new hire orientation., • Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance., • Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives., • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data., • Support HR policy development and ensure consistent application across the organization., • Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, DEI initiatives, and training programs., • Provide light support of office initiatives including weekly employee lunches and office inventory. Collaborates - Builds strong partnerships across departments, especially with hiring managers and leadership, to align HR and recruitment strategies with business goals. · Communicates Effectively - Clearly and consistently conveys information to diverse audiences, ensuring transparency and understanding in both HR processes and candidate interactions. Customer Focus - Prioritizes the needs of internal clients—employees, managers, and candidates—by delivering responsive, high-quality HR and recruitment services. Ensures Accountability - Takes ownership of outcomes, follows through on commitments, and holds self and others accountable for delivering results in both HR operations and hiring goals. Being Resilient - Maintains composure and effectiveness under pressure, adapting to shifting priorities and navigating challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field., • 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a recruitment-focused role., • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruitment strategies., • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Greenhouse, etc.)., • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced tech environment. Candidate must be able to commute and work in our Teaneck, NJ office 2 - 3 days per week.
