MORNING SHIFT RESPONSIBILITIES Morning Crew Members help prepare the restaurant for a successful day by: • Opening kitchen and dining areas, • Preparing fresh ingredients, • Cooking proteins and sides, • Stocking stations, • Receiving deliveries, • Organizing inventory, • Preparing online order stations, • Ensuring the restaurant is ready before opening NIGHT & CLOSING SHIFT RESPONSIBILITIES Closing Crew Members help finish the day strong by: • Serving late-night guests with the same quality and hospitality, • Keeping stations stocked until closing, • Breaking down kitchen equipment, • Cleaning grills, fryers, prep stations, and dining areas, • Properly storing food, • Completing nightly prep, • Washing dishes and utensils, • Completing closing checklists, • Leaving the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for the next day’s team WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE We’re looking for people who are: • Reliable and punctual, • Positive and hardworking, • Team-oriented, • Friendly and guest-focused, • Willing to learn, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, • Passionate about fresh food and hospitality Qualifications: • Restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required., • Strong communication skills., • Ability to stand for long periods., • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds., • Comfortable working around hot equipment., • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays., • Must meet minimum hiring age requirements., • 21+ preferred for certain positions. We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our administrative operations, assist with patient communication, and contribute to the continued growth of our practice. This is a remote position. While candidates do not need to live in NYC, individuals located within close proximity to the NYC area are preferred to allow for occasional in-person events, team gatherings, and social media content days.
