    We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure they receive accurate solutions and information. • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. • Provide detailed information on products, services, and policies. • Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests. • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. • Follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution of their issues. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred). • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude. • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism. • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. • Flexibility to work in shifts (if required).
