    Responsibilities As a Bartender/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by serving beverages and Food and providing attentive service Your role will be crucial in maintaining the atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction Serve Food/alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and creativity Maintain a clean and organized bar area/Floor area/kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders, making recommendations, and answering questions about the menu Process transactions accurately ensuring all sales are recorded correctly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks Assist in training new staff members on bar/waitress/kitchen procedures and guest service standards Qualifications • Previous experience as a Bartender/waitress • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. • Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Experience with bussing tables or assisting kitchen staff is beneficial but not required. Shift: • Evening shift • Thursday & Sunday 4pm - 12am • Friday & Saturday 4pm - 2am
