Job Description Position: Entry-level Accounting Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Healthcare Non-Profit Organization to fill a temporary Entry-level Accounting Assistant role in New York, NY (Midtown, Manhattan). This role would be great for a recent graduate to gain experience in Accounting. Please read on for additional details! Responsibilities: * Working with Accounts Payable team on invoice processing and data entry of invoices, purchase order data, and vendor data * Assisting with Excel reporting related to expenses * Working with FP&A/Grants team on preparation of grant packages to be submitted to federal/state agencies * Assisting with financial data reconciliation work in the ERP system * Assisting with any ad-hoc Accounting/Finance related projects as needed Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred * No experience necessary, but a previous internship in Accounting/Finance is helpful! (not required) Schedule * 9 - 5 PM, 35 hour work week * 5 days per week in office in Midtown, Manhattan.
