What You’ll Do: As a Financial Advisor with Knights of Columbus, your role is centered on building lasting relationships with our valued members, understanding their unique financial goals, and serving as a trusted resource. You’ll provide tailored financial guidance, helping members protect their families, grow their wealth, and plan for the future through personalized insurance and investment strategies. With a strong foundation of faith and community, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing a rewarding career. Eligibility Criteria: * 2 or 4 year degree is preferred, but not required. * Willingness to quickly obtain (or reinstate) state insurance licenses and FINRA financial certifications. * To align with the Knights of Columbus charter and IRS nonprofit status, advisors must meet the organization's membership requirements, which are limited to Catholic men as defined by the governing body.* Characteristics Valued Most in Candidates: * Faith-filled individual, active in his parish. * Systematic, and being able to follow a process toward success. * Coachable, willingness to learn and be challenged. * Self-driven and energetic. * Disciplined with a strong work ethic. * Open minded to a career change.
