Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Department. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations by preparing customer quotations and accurately entering orders using our accounting software. The ideal candidate should be well organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: • Generate and manage customer quotations based on sales team input and pricing guidelines., • Accurately enter customer orders into accounting software and maintain order records., • Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and product availability., • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment., • Maintain organized documentation of quotations, orders, and customer interactions., • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups., • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all documentation.
