What You'll Be Working On • Build and maintain client relationships, • Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of shelter animal cases, • Perform general wellness exams and surgeries, • Prescribe necessary medications for patients, • Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care, • Guide and utilize exceptional support staff Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork Qualifications • Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required, • Being licensed or able to become licensed in the state of California, • New grads are welcome to apply!, • Strong surgical skills to perform basic surgeries, • Ability to collaborate with a team, • Eager to learn new skills and capacity to implement in the day-to-day, • PTO, • Health Insurance, • 4-5 days a week with alternating half days on Saturdays, • CE and membership dues covered, • Dental Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • 401K /IRA with a 2% match
