International Tax Responsibilities * Lead and review international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, and related disclosures and statements. * Advise clients on global tax matters including: * Foreign tax credits * GILTI and Subpart F * §965 transition tax * BEAT and FDII * §367 and cross-border transfers * Inbound and outbound structuring * Repatriation strategies * Conduct technical tax research and prepare memoranda on international tax matters and treaty positions. * Collaborate with partners and cross-functional service lines to deliver integrated, strategic tax solutions. Qualifications * CPA license required (JD or LLM in Taxation strongly preferred). * 7+ years of U.S. international tax experience within a public accounting environment. * Strong working knowledge of Subchapter N, foreign reporting requirements, and cross-border tax structuring. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CCH Axcess. * Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. * Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and building long-term relationships.
