Pay Rate: $35/hr * Implement behavior intervention strategies designed by the supervising BCBA. * Support reduction of interfering behaviors such as self-injury, aggression, and repetitive behaviors. * Provide compassionate, clear communication with families to help them understand treatment goals and recommendations. * Monitor client progress and report observations to the supervising BCBA for plan updates. * Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions required by the BCBA. * Assist in data collection, accurate documentation, and carrying out behavior modification plans. * Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, special education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. * Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred. * 1 year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities * Valid CPR/First Aid certification * Ability to work under BCBA supervision and follow established intervention plans * Background in working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities. * Familiarity with medical terminology and experience with medical or clinical documentation is an advantage. * Solid foundation in behavior management strategies and special education methodologies. * Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in behavioral health and developmental support.
