Job Description Step Up ABA's mission is to partner with families to better the lives of kids with autism. We are seeking compassionate, driven, and reliable Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA services to children ages 2–7 diagnosed with Autism. As an CBT, you will work directly with children in clinic, helping build communication, social, play, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities • Provide in-clinic intensive 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism., • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as written by the supervising BCBA., • Apply ABA techniques to promote communication, independence, and social development., • Manage and reduce maladaptive behaviors using evidence-based practices., • Accurately collect session data and complete daily session notes., • Collaborate with caregivers and model strategies as directed by the BCBA., • Fun, energetic, and self-motivated with a passion for working with children., • Strong work ethic, empathy, and leadership skills., • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills., • Open to feedback and committed to professional development., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Compassionate attitude with a commitment to patient care and patient safety at all times, • Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) credential, • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and data collection methods is highly desirable, • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • 401(k) with company matching, • 18 days paid time off in first year (10 PTO days, 7 Holidays, 1 Birthday PTO), • Ongoing professional development and paid certification renewals Benefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Professional development assistance, • Vision insurance Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: • Working with children: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Certified Behavioral Health Technician (Required) Location: • Auburn, WA 98002 (Required) Work Location: In person Company DescriptionStep Up ABA is a fast-growing, family-owned ABA therapy company serving children and families across Washington, with clinics in Auburn, Des Moines, and Puyallup.
