Weโre looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative & Billing Associate to join our close-knit team. โจ What youโll do: ๐ Answer phones & help customers with simple questions or direct them to sales ๐ฆ Receive materials & enter data into our system ๐ฒ Process payments, billing, payroll & keep finances on track ๐ Handle general office tasks & notify customers when orders are ready โ What weโre looking for: ๐ At least a 2-year college degree ๐ป Experience with billing, PoS systems & QuickBooks preferred ๐๏ธ Building materials or construction industry knowledge = big plus! ๐ฃ๏ธ English required; Spanish or Hindi a huge bonus ๐ผ Perks & Benefits: โจ Overtime pay โจ PTO, vacation, sick days & paid holidays โจ Supportive, family-style work environment

Join our team at Stelton Lumber! Weโre looking for someone whoโs quick on their feet, great with people, and ready to take on a leadership role at the counter. This position is retail-focused but also involves overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities: โ Handle phone, email & in-store orders โ Provide quotes & pricing โ Customer service & issue resolution โ Delegate tasks & oversee staff โ Scheduling and quality control on deliveries & special orders โ Generally, youโd be overseeing all operations and making sure customers are satisfied Requirements: ๐น ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE knowledge of building materials (doors/moulding at the least is preferred) ๐น PoS experience (Lightspeed a plus) ๐น Sales experience & strong people skills ๐น Managerial experience a plus ๐น 2-year college degree minimum ๐น Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no ITIN) ๐น Able to lift 35 lbs+ Schedule: 7:30amโ4:30pm, Full Time Benefits: PTO, vacation, sick days (increase with tenure)
