PATHS, LLC is currently seeking a Field Representative to join our team based out of the Cherry Hill, NJ office. Travel for this position will take place between Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties. Duties Include: • Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance and or Charity Care, • Driving 100-200 mile radius of assigned area. Reimbursement for travel expenses provided., • Entering patient homes and communicating with people to obtain patient information, • Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner, • Transporting supplies to and from client facilities, • Fill in as hospital rep as needed, • Other duties as assignedRequirements: Requirements: • Bilingual: English and Spanish, • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and car insurance, • Travel and train in the Cherry Hill, NJ Office, • Medicaid experience recommended but not required, • Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal, • Experience in an office environment, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Trustworthy, detail oriented and organized, • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Training location: Cherry Hill, NJ Approx. 6-8 weeks Equal Opportunity Employer.'
