The Senior Product Manager for AI Trust & Safety will own the roadmap and champion the standards to ensure AI experiences in Spring Health's products are safe and trustworthy. You will shape the definition of 'safe and effective' AI by leading efforts in model evaluation, operational approval gates, and safety measurement, collaborating with engineering, data science, legal, and clinical stakeholders to implement this strategy.
