About the Role The Dropship Manager owns the dropship business end to end for both Pro Standard and Off-White — which partners we pursue, what terms we agree to, how they are onboarded, what they are offered, and whether each account actually makes money. The role is equally commercial and operational: you negotiate with buyers, model the economics behind the deal, and then make sure the product is set up correctly and selling on the partner's site. The two brands are at different stages. Pro Standard dropship already runs across fourteen live retail partners, but it grew opportunistically — terms vary from one account to the next and assortments have largely been built one file at a time. Off-White is earlier, with its first partners coming live now. This is a build role: you are here to turn both into channels that grow deliberately. This role operates in an AI-forward environment where agents and tools like Claude are used every day to accelerate execution — comfort with AI-assisted workflows is essential. Responsibilities Partner Pipeline & Growth • Own the dropship partner pipeline end to end — prioritize targets, run outreach, negotiate terms, and manage onboarding through to launch., • Build and maintain the prospect target list so it reflects real opportunity rather than history., • Run the partner check-in cadence and keep both brands visible and well placed on partner sites., • Model the economics on every deal and flag anything that falls outside agreed terms. Assortment & Content • Build partner-specific assortments for each brand using sales performance, site reviews, inventory position, and the seasonal calendar., • Provide correctly sized imagery, product data, banners, and launch support for every partner., • Run one consistent assortment and content process rather than a bespoke build per partner. Performance & Economics • Track sales, top styles, category performance, returns, and partner profitability by brand., • Maintain the deal model covering landed cost, royalty, marketing fund, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and variable costs., • Own a weekly operating report across both brands covering pipeline, launches, sales, margin, issues, and next actions. Site Presence & Brand Visibility • Audit partner sites for missing product, incorrect imagery, wrong tagging, broken links, thin assortment, and weak placement., • Turn each finding into a specific placement ask taken back to the buyer. Cross-Functional Alignment • Drive execution across sales, merchandising, inventory, marketing, licensing, operations, and finance., • Engage licensing early — rights are market- and league-specific and gate what can be offered where., • Partner with operations and IT on feed accuracy, product setup, and order flow. Requirements • 5+ years in wholesale, ecommerce, or retail account management. Dropship, marketplace, or drop-ship-vendor experience strongly preferred., • Has owned an account or partner P&L, or built the model behind one — IMU, landed cost, royalty, and contribution margin are working vocabulary., • Advanced Excel — able to build the deal model, not only populate it., • Experience building assortments or working closely with merchandising, with a point of view on what a specific retailer's shopper will buy., • Familiarity with EDI or feed-based integrations (SPS, Dsco, Radial, CommerceHub, or similar) from either side of the relationship., • Able to hold a commercial conversation with a buyer and a technical one with an operations team on the same day., • Strong written communication — this role produces a weekly report that people need to read and act on., • AI-savvy and comfortable working with AI agents (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of day-to-day workflows., • Comfortable operating across two very different brands — a licensed sports brand and a premium designer label — with different partners, price points, and standards., • Comfortable building process while running the business., • Licensed sports or licensed apparel experience, and familiarity with how league and college rights work, is a plus., • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus given our Mexico operation.

Manager of College Access and Student Success Mineola, NY | Full-Time, 12-Month | On-Site Chaminade High School is a Catholic, Marianist college preparatory school for young men on Long Island. Our mission is to educate young men for life in a changing world through strong academics, spiritual development, and commitment to others. Guided by our motto, Fortes in Unitate (Strength in Unity), we are a close-knit community that values collaboration, integrity, and personal growth. We are seeking a Manager of College Access and Student Success to lead the next chapter of our Access for All (AFA) program. About Access for All Now in its fifth year, AFA brings a Chaminade education to high-achieving young men from underrepresented and under-resourced backgrounds. The program serves about 88 students today and will grow to roughly 100 over the next three years. Building on four years of experience, we are expanding AFA into a continuum of support: before students arrive, throughout their four years at Chaminade, and on through college and early career. The Role The Manager of College Access and Student Success will own the full journey of every AFA scholar, from admission through graduation and beyond. Reporting to the Associate Director of Guidance and the Chief Operating Officer, you will build lasting relationships with students and families and connect them to the resources they need. You will partner closely with the Admissions Office to recruit, select, and welcome each new AFA class, and you will build an alumni program that keeps our graduates supported in college and early career. What You’ll Do ■ Partner with the Admissions Office on outreach to prospective AFA families, the application and selection process, and a smooth transition from acceptance to enrollment. ■ Design and lead a new two- to three-day orientation for incoming AFA students and their families, and build relationships with them from the day of acceptance. ■ Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for AFA students, working alongside guidance counselors and faculty and holding regular check-ins on academics, attendance, and wellbeing. ■ Create and monitor individual support plans for students who need them. ■ Keep AFA families engaged through consistent, culturally responsive communication, in Spanish where needed. ■ Oversee wraparound supports such as food assistance, clothing, and transportation, and make sure they reach the students they’re meant for. ■ Lead workshops, study sessions, and enrichment programs on study skills, time management, and college readiness. ■ Re-engage our roughly 33 recent AFA graduates and build a formal alumni program with the Alumni Office, including peer networks and career skills programming such as resume writing, networking, and interview preparation. ■ Plan and lead college visit trips to campuses in the Northeast and the Washington, D.C., area. ■ Help students build realistic college lists and work through applications and financial aid, including the FAFSA, CSS Profile, and NYS TAP, alongside the Guidance Department. ■ Use academic and attendance data to spot trends and intervene early, and track student and cohort outcomes to help refine the AFA model over time. ■ Keep accurate, confidential records and prepare regular program reports. What You Bring ■ A bachelor’s degree is required; a background in counseling, education, social work, or a related field is strongly preferred, and a master’s degree is a plus. ■ Several years of experience designing, managing, or leading student support, college access, or youth development programs, and the ability to build new initiatives from the ground up. ■ Experience working with high-achieving students from underrepresented, first-generation, or under-resourced backgrounds; familiarity with models such as The Posse Foundation’s is a plus. ■ Experience in a college financial aid or admissions office, or in an opportunity program such as HEOP, EOP, SEEK, or TRIO, is a plus, as is familiarity with the FAFSA, CSS Profile, and NYS TAP. ■ Comfort collecting and interpreting student data to guide interventions and measure outcomes. ■ English/Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred. ■ The ability to earn the trust of adolescents and their families, to collaborate well with faculty and staff, and to handle sensitive family information with discretion. ■ Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. ■ Comfort using student information systems and productivity tools to manage records and coordinate services. ■ Willingness to travel for college visit trips, including occasional weekends and school breaks. ■ Commitment to Chaminade’s Catholic, Marianist mission and values. Your First Year In your first year, you will pilot the expanded orientation and establish regular contact with every current AFA student and family. You will also stabilize the delivery of wraparound services and lead at least one college visit trip. Finally, you will re-engage our recent graduates as the foundation of a lasting alumni program. Benefits and Compensation Chaminade offers a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-subsidized medical and dental coverage with plan options, employer-paid life insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage at no cost to employees. Employees can also use a flexible spending account, a health savings account paired with the high-deductible plan, a 403(b) retirement plan, and an Employee Assistance Program. Time off includes paid vacation, sick, and personal days, school holidays, and time off during school recess periods. Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. To Apply: Apply through LinkedIn, or send a resume and cover letter to hr@chaminade-hs.org. Know someone with the experience and heart for this work? Please share this posting with them.

About the Role You own the online store — and the number that comes with it. Pro Standard sells licensed sports apparel direct to consumer across brand-owned sites in the US, Mexico, Canada, the UK, and additional international markets. This role is accountable for revenue first: growing sales, conversion, and customer lifetime across all of them, with the US site as the priority. You run the site P&L, the merchandising calendar, the site roadmap, SEO, and customer service — the full customer journey from first search to post-purchase. And we move at the speed of sport: when a team wins, demand shows up in hours, and the site has to be ready before it does. We're looking for someone who arrives with ideas — new ways to merchandise fan moments, new revenue streams, new tests we haven't thought of — and the discipline to ship them, measure them, and double down on what works. What You'll Own • Revenue. Site sales and conversion across all brand-owned markets — the number you own, report on weekly, and build every decision around., • The campaign calendar and site programming: you own what the site shows and says — the homepage, hero campaigns, landing pages, and the calendar of launches, promos, and moments behind them. Planned with brand, creative, and CRM; executed and kept current by your team., • Site merchandising: collection architecture, launch execution, promo discipline (promos on available-to-sell product only — never sitewide), and inventory-aware merchandising so the site never sells what the warehouse cannot ship., • Reactive commerce: pre-built playbooks for game moments, player news, and playoff runs — landing pages, collections, and homepage takeovers that go live in hours, not days., • The site roadmap: CRO testing program, PDP/PLP improvements, site speed, and the dev/design pipeline that ships them., • International sites: market-specific calendars, translation quality, localized assortments, and knowing when a market deserves investment versus maintenance., • The team: a growing group across site merchandising, analytics, and site operations — clear priorities, real accountability, no bottlenecks — with a direct hand in shaping the roles that get added as the channel scales., • SEO and organic growth: the SEO agenda rolls up to you — organic traffic is a revenue channel, not a side project., • Customer service: the CS team reports into this role. You own service levels and, just as important, the loop from contact reasons back into site and product fixes — complaints are free product research., • Partnership across the marketing team: paid media, CRM, and creative all depend on the site converting — you work with them as one growth team with a shared number., • The AI layer of the ecommerce operation: you run the AI reporting stack day to day, and you keep building it — new agents, new automated reports, new workflows that take production work off your team. This is a hands-on ownership area, not a delegated one. What Great Looks Like • Sales growing — revenue, conversion rate, and revenue per session improving quarter over quarter, per market., • A steady pipeline of new ideas in test: some will miss, and the wins compound., • The AI layer expanding every quarter: more reporting automated, more production work handled by agents, more of the team's time spent on judgment instead of assembly., • A campaign calendar that is planned ahead, visible to everyone, and actually reflected on the site — the homepage always matches the moment., • Launches ship on time, every time — including the ones with 48 hours of notice., • Clean merchandising execution: promos only on available product, fresh collections, launch links that work., • International markets growing without stealing focus from the US., • CS resolution times improving while ticket volume per order falls — because site fixes keep removing the reasons people write in., • A team that knows what matters this week without asking. What We're Looking For • 6+ years in ecommerce with at least 2 years owning a site P&L or full ecommerce function — a director or very strong senior manager ready to own the number., • A builder with a point of view: you should walk into the interview with opinions about what our site should try next., • Shopify fluency — our stack — including merchandising, apps, and multi-market storefronts., • DTC brand experience; apparel, sports, or licensed goods strongly preferred. Fan-driven or moment-driven commerce is a real advantage., • Marketplace and multi-market experience welcome, but the center of gravity is brand-owned sites., • Analytical depth: GA4, cohort thinking, and honest reads of what is and is not working — you challenge the analyst, not just receive reports., • AI expertise — this one is a requirement, not a preference: you work with AI daily (agents, LLM tools, automation platforms), you have personally built automated reports or workflows, and you can demo them. Candidates who cannot show real AI work will not advance., • People leadership: you have run a multi-function team (merchandising, SEO, or customer service under one roof is ideal), including remote team members in other markets., • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus given our Mexico operation.
