Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. This role requires effective communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for sales. The Retail Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales through upselling and maintaining an organized store environment. Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. - Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer experience. - Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. - Operate the cash register and manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently. - Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. - Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and assist with inventory management. - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering calls or taking orders.
