We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper / QuickBooks Specialist to manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online). Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and customer/vendor payments. Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis.
