This role requires speed, focus, communication, and strong attention to detail. You will work closely with kitchen stations, dispatch, and delivery teams to keep orders moving accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities • Read and verify every ticket before an order is packed or sent., • Match food items, modifiers, sauces, sides, utensils, drinks, and add-ons to each ticket., • Check food for accuracy, freshness, portioning, temperature, and presentation., • Bag, label, seal, and organize orders according to brand standards., • Communicate clearly with kitchen stations, dispatch, and team members., • Call out missing, delayed, or incorrect items before they leave the kitchen., • Monitor order flow and help keep tickets moving during busy periods., • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized expo station., • Follow food safety, sanitation, and packaging standards., • Support the team during high-volume service. Through out the day we will be driving to different service calls weather it's power washing and doing maintenance to troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems or boilers .
